Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Mave account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
